Grape Jammers Policies

1. Booking

  • All classes must be reserved online through our website.

  • Space is limited, so advance booking is strongly recommended.

  • A completed waiver form is required before attending your first class.

2. Trial Classes

  • We offer your first class for free for new families.

  • Trial classes must be booked online in advance.

  • One trial class per child—use code: FREETRIAL at checkout

3. Refund Policy

  • Session Packages are non-refundable once the session has begun.

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the first class, you may request a full refund in the form of a gift card or credit towards any Grape Jammers service or product — class, birthday party, merch, etc.

  • Drop-in and trial classes are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel a reserved spot, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be credited or refunded.

  • If we (Grape Jammers) must cancel due to weather, illness, or other reasons, you will receive a credit toward a future class.

5. Makeup Policy

  • Families enrolled in a session package may schedule 1 makeup class per session, based on availability.

  • Makeups must be booked within the current session and cannot roll over to future sessions.

  • Drop-in and trial classes are not eligible for makeup credits.

6. Sick Child Policy

  • Please keep your child home if they are ill (fever, vomiting, contagious conditions).

  • We reserve the right to ask a family to leave if a child is visibly ill, for the safety of all participants.

7. Parties & Events

  • A 50% deposit is required to hold your party/event date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date with at least 2 weeks’ notice.

  • Balance is due on the day of the event.
